Create separate music_assistant.log for tag/pil media scan loggings

as discussed on https://discord.com/channels/753947050995089438/753947050995089442/986926012170371102 it would be great to have a dedicated MA log, containing the id3 tag errors and other music file related issues.

That way we could keep the home_assistant.log much cleane, while it is flooded currently with things like:

just litter the current HA log, without really being useful at all, because there's no reference to the offending issue.

Suggestion/requiest would be:

keep these errors out of HA, make them a bit more friendly to read, and have them persist in a dedicated log.

if t all possible, in a separate folder, and Not in de /config folder which I personally like to keep as tidy and write-free as possible.
