Auto switch to Now Playing View when music starts playing

Ask: User Option to display Now Playing View when music starts

After a song or playlist is started (music starts playing), MA automatically changes to the Now Playing View.
... with a 'delay' option so the user can set how many seconds after to switch to the screen. I suspect most will pic 2 to 5 seconds but never know.
... ideally, it would do this after inactivity; meaning that the person is not scrolling or adding songs to the playlist, etc.
