I'm Daud Razzaq and I just joined OpenSauced but I'm not sure how to use the platform effectively. I'm comfortable with GitHub and have experience with React Native, Python, and ML development, but I need guidance on what OpenSauced actually does, how to get started after creating my account, and what the best practices are for using this platform. I'm particularly interested in contributing to open source projects related to education and AI, but I don't know how to find suitable projects or connect with other contributors through OpenSauced. Any advice, documentation links, or beginner tips would be greatly appreciated as I'm feeling quite lost despite having technical experience.
