Macros required for RCP

Can someone please help me on below w.r.t RCP?

1. Macros which are mandatory?
2. Macros which are optional but applicable to RCP?
3. If possible, brief explanation of each macro.

I have referred to openthread code, but could see example config files for ot-core-config-check-size-br.h, ot-core-config-check-size-ftd.h and ot-core-config-check-size-mtd.h only.

You can find documentation for all OT configs in the src/core/config header files (these headers also define the default value for each OPENTHREAD_CONFIG_*).

There is no such thing as a mandatory or optional config. Each config specifies or controls a certain function or behavior. It is up to the vendor (or project integrator) to select the behavior they want for their product or project. If not specified, the default from src/core/config is used.

Most OT configs alter the behavior of the OT Thread stack. Since the RCP is simply a radio co-processor (not including any Thread functions), most are not applicable or used in an RCP build.

For the RCP, you can check all source files included in the build and then all configs used within those files. See the RADIO_COMMON_SOURCES definition in src/core/CMakeLists.txt.
