List of Packages which depend on --shamefully-hoist

I still don't understand --shamefully-hoist flag completely, but so far, the only package that I'm aware of that requires this flag is Nuxt 3, but there could be more.

It would be great to have a list of packages which depend on it, or a warning when installing packages using pnpm like "Run this package with --shamefully-hoist".
