specifier.includes is not a function

I've uninstalled pnpm, and nvm on my Mac. Tried wiping every directory I could possibly think of with pnpm / node caches. Reinstalled nvm using brew, and reinstalled pnpm using corepack, But no matter what I try, whenever I run the pnpm command. I get:

Does anyone have any idea what this means? At this point, I'm at a complete loss, other than completely wiping my Mac and trying with a fresh install.

having this issue as well on node v23.6.1 and pnpm 9.4

i have this issue as well with node v22.14.0 and pnpm v 7.33.6 (well really 10.10.0 from my install)
