1. Appointment of Community Growth Manager: Agreed to appoint PartnershipDude as Community Growth Manager, including an adjustment period and probation. Refer to DCDAO Discussion #73 for details.

2. Managerial Scope and Status Report: Request clarity on the scope of each manager's role and an updated report on the current status.

3. Strategy Guidance

• Understanding of Community Manager's Scope for Q1, please correct if missing or mistake:

  • Handle media marketing and moderation on Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.
  • Ambassador Program.
    • Manage Quiz Game and Giveaway events etc.
    • New Ambassador recruitment
  • Lead Advocate Program.

• Q1 Strategy for Community Growth Manager:

  • Focus on key, production-ready ecosystem 'killer apps' like Helix and SnowSwap.
  • Facilitate adoption and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with app developers for market plans and schedules.
  • Provide community support in alignment with DCDAO.

4. Website Co-maintenance: Work with Itering on website maintenance, contribute community content through pull requests and issues at Darwinia Network GitHub.

5. Steering Committee Nomination: Nomination period for the next Steering Committee starts from 1st February(tommorrow). Candidates should express their intention in the "Steering Committee" category and introduce themselves for community support.
