07-02-2024 Steering Committee Meeting Minutes

1. Transfer the financial-related tasks in the Steering Committee from @1022ranji to @casinoyoda , including Budget Review and Audit, Multisig Management. This allows @1022ranji to focus more on Support and DApp production.

2. Review Furqan's application for Integration Specialist. @wuminzhe will assist in providing a detailed proposal and related confirmations, including future development paths (If full-time is desired, upon negotiation and agreement with @casinoyoda, promotion to Technical Manager is possible, and @casinoyoda can switch to other roles).

3. @casinoyoda will help draft a proposal regarding compensation for the next Steering Committee starting from Q3 2024. Around 1K USD compensate in RINGs each month, split between 5 committee members, for there preparation, efforts and attendance in the Meeting each week.
