Request: host android-games-sdk-rs on here

I think we should host https://github.com/jb55/android-games-sdk-rs on rust-mobile so that we don't have to reference my repo when putting together the docs for:

• Update to GameActivity 4.0.0 android-activity#191

The plan is to have this repo as a place where we maintain patches on top of:

• https://android.googlesource.com/platform/frameworks/opt/gamesdk/

And then we can just graft a copy of this repo to android-activity when we need to update.

@jb55 I think (as the comment says) that applies to standalone projects which wish to become part of the rust-mobile organisation. Since we were discussing a fork of a Google repo to support a Rust repository that is already (an integral) part of rust-mobile, that would have been quite obvious to be housed here :)
