Move android-view here?

@mwcampbell, maintainer of AccessKit, has recently created a new crate android-view which proposes a fairly different way to interact with the view spawned from insufficiency in the current ndk-context crate. I'm not the best person to explain it, but the summary in the README is probably sufficient, otherwise I'm sure Matt will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

Today, at the RustWeek Rust UI & App Dev Unconf, we discussed moving that project to @rust-mobile, as we think that would be useful to foster collaboration and visibility. What do you think about that?

Just in case I don't think it's that, instead it's the limitations imposed by Android's ANativeActivity and/or the "Jetpack" GameActivity abstraction, which besides lacking a lot of API (that we're "planning" to provide ourselves via Rust/JNI/precompiled Java) wrap a full Activity whereas a View allows the new component/abstraction to be used full-screen in an existing Activity as well as a smaller component within an existing (Java/Kotlin) app. Besides having better IME integration it seems. The possibilities and combinations are possibly endless.

Other than that it makes total sense to host it here. However, I'd appreciate to hear about subsequent plans: are we going back in time 2 years to when android-activity was proposed as a full replacement for ndk-glue? Or is it going to live on as a separate winit Android backend, given the winit-core + out-of-tree backends refactor?

And finally, I wish I could have been there to discuss all exact details - Utrecht would have been really close for me.

@mwcampbell: I see that you haven't done a publish yet - once you do, could you add github:rust-mobile:android-view and one other person from the GitHub repo to the crate, just to reduce the bus factor?

On that note, many other crates under rust-mobile don't yet have a publishing strategy set up based on a GitHub team.
