Creating issue from security alert seems outdated

I just worked through the introduction-to-codeql lab. I noticed that i could not open an issue from the security alert via UI. It seems as if this feature was retired a few days ago. I believe an update of the course is required.

I ran into this problem as well, and as a workaround I just manually created an issue from the issues tab and that allowed me to progress with the course.
