Totally agree that LinkedIn is a powerful tool for job searching! But I feel like just uploading a resume there isn’t always enough. From my experience, recruiters care more about how your profile is optimized rather than just having a PDF attached. Stuff like writing a strong summary, using the right keywords, and actually engaging with posts can make a huge difference.
