[BS4] Navs on mobile

I'm looking into using Navs like the horizontal tabs or pills together with the JavaScript behavior so automatically display different content.

With > 3 tabs/pills on mobile it doesn't look that nice as the tabs/pill will spawn multiple "lines".

Would it be possible to display a dropdown or select menu on mobile?

Could a dropdown / select-menu used wit data-toggle="tab" as the Navs work with?
