Number of IO Threads, official recomendations?

Hi Guys,

We're switching from the Keydb to the Valkey, and so changing hardware, but I didn't manage to find anywhere recommendations of how to choose proper IO threads number. In our case we have 8 cores boxes, So I assume we can have at least 8?
Would be great to have some blog post or article with explanations/recomendation.
