Receipt template creator

There should be a way to create multiple receipt templates (perhaps using Gutenberg blocks?). Templates have two types: A4 for normal printers and the smaller width for thermal printers. Cashiers should be able to select which template to use at the point of sale, for example, there may be a special template for gift sales which do not show the price.

Also integrate with other popular receipt template plugins.
