Mismatch in the method signature for getPath function

If you see in both the file getPath function you can see a mismatch in the method signature.
I am using
"winter/storm": "dev-wip/1.3", "winter/wn-system-module": "dev-wip/1.3", "winter/wn-backend-module": "dev-wip/1.3", "winter/wn-cms-module": "dev-wip/1.3",

and it is throwing me below error
Declaration of System\Models\File::getPath(?string $fileName = null): string must be compatible with Winter\Storm\Database\Attach\File::getPath($fileName = null)

can you please let me know if this is going to be fixed in wip/1.3 as i am using laravel-11
