Directory listing instead of contacts

Is there a way to get the ~/.mutt/aliases to be auto populated with the directory (People I have corresponded with) rather than the contacts list?

I need to communicate with the Office365 API to access this information. I don't really have the time to dive deep, so any PR is welcome.
