Add reverse dependency tests with notifications for breaking changes #4
Description
In osbuild/images we have a reverse dependency test for osbuild-composer [1]. For every PR, the test updates the osbuild/images dependency in osbuild-composer and runs tests and linting. If the test fails, Schutzbot posts a comment warning the author and reviewers that the changes will need manual intervention when pulled into osbuild-composer.
We should have the same kind of test here for every one of our projects that imports osbuild/blueprint.
