When a blueprint is deleted it is not possible to recreate existing image

If an image is created out of a blueprint, it is not possible to recreate that image anymore. This is a change from the current behavior thus we need to address this in:

1. Add relevant information when trying to delete blueprint
2. Grayout the Recreate image in the kebap

Or

Simply allow the recreation of the image, which maybe recreates the blueprint?

The recreate image doesn't work anyway with the V2 wizard, so it will be removed (#1824 - #1855)
It doesn't really make sense to recreate an image with blueprints, users can just click build to create the same image, no?
