Get supported distributions from composer

Currently distributions seem to be hardcoded in the UI. This makes it (yet another) something to update when a release happens for Fedora or RHEL. Could we instead ask composer what distributions it can build and then fill things accordingly?

For example, when asking `image-builder` on Fedora 42 which distributions it can build it's a lot more than just `fedora-42` :)
