The trestle task cis-xlsx-to-oscal-catalog transforms CIS Benchmarks into OSCAL Catalogs. This code is not correct, since CIS Benchmarks represent OSCAL Component Definitions.

Instead, use trestle task cis-xlsx-to-oscal-cd

Caveats / Assumptions

Remove this task. This is a breaking change, forcing a new major version of trestle.
