When trestle task cis-xlsx-to-oscal-cd creates an OSCAL Comp. Def. from the xlsx file, the resulting rule sets comprise one sequential list with no grouping or nesting.

It has been suggested as desirable the ability to group and/or nest rule sets in the Comp. Def. rather than having a single list for all, if indeed possible w/o violating OSCAL schema.
