Release OSCAR 1.6.0 in November?

We are doing a Winter school in Galway in the first week of December. GAP will also be presented there.

In that sense, it would be nice to have an OSCAR 1.6.0 release out by then which also contains the latest GAP (and of course all the other goodies).

It's not super urgent, but would be nice, so perhaps we can discuss it Wednesday.

It would be good to have the changelog work ready by then, in particular #5279 (ping @aaruni96)

#5279 is ready for review (I requested review via github last week, but maybe it got lost in the volume of notifications you get)
