This is too much work for the time being. If someone converts it to something like https://github.com/osmbe/traffic-sign-project/blob/master/find-interesting-signs/road_sign_opinion.csv and https://github.com/osmbe/traffic-sign-project/blob/master/find-interesting-signs/road_signs.csv , I'll use it though
