Ask AWV to improve the WFS server

We've been able to download all the signs through the WFS by only trying late in the evening. However even that is not entirely reliable, as can be seen in this screenshot from @feleir's testing:

Hopefully we can avoid technical solutions on our side by better server settings at theirs.
