Add support for replication from multiple sources

A common use case with replication is to use multiple small extracts as source and then regularly get diffs for all the sources. The replication library should support something like this natively and make sure to handle all the corner cases properly. In particular, it needs to make sure that all extracts are exactly at the same state.
