The whole Caribbean region seems to be fall under the talk-latam mailing list on openstreetmap.community, but talk-carib doesn't seem to be listed for any of them. I know it's basically on life support, but once you strip away the Spanish language version of WeeklyOSM talk-latam also seems half dead.
I appreciate that talk-carib will be below it, but what is the threshold for inclusion here?

I think there are questions over the future of the mailing lists ad Google et al seem to be making them hard to search, but no firm plans as far as I know. Some who use the new community servers mailing list mode think it would be an adequate replacement. Ironically I can't find the thread in the new community forums where I saw it being discussed.
