Improve Accuracy of Custom Sheet Processing

The current accuracy for processing custom sheets is approximately 98%. While this is a strong performance, we aim to push the accuracy even higher, as close to 100% as possible. This improvement is critical to ensure the reliability and usability of the application for diverse use cases.

Tasks:
Review existing processing methods and identify areas where errors occur.
Experiment with enhancing preprocessing techniques (better thresholding, noise reduction, alignment).
Test different image formats and resolutions to improve consistency in results.
Test the updated processing pipeline across a wide variety of custom sheets.
Add tests to validate the improved accuracy in the codebase.

Success Criteria:

• Accuracy for processing custom sheets improves beyond 98%, aiming for as close to 100% as possible.
• No new bugs or regressions are introduced in the current functionality.
• Results are validated through extensive testing.
