Fix the Publish Button

Description

Currently, when a user goes away from the publish note screen or does press publish the button gets stuck on the homescreen or other screen.

To resolve this issue:

Check the logic for EditNoteScreen state and refresh once out of the page.

Write and implement test cases to verify:

Check refresh for editnote screen (state change)

Verify the fix on both iOS and Android platforms.

Acceptance Criteria

• Change State is implemented whenever you change pages.
• The note does publish when pressed publish.

So there seems to be an issue where the note gets stuck once moved back to homescreen, this PR will need more work
