As a user,
I want to make sure when I am writing a note and choose to write a new one,
that I am aware that a new note is created.
Tasks:
- add "New note title" when user makes new note
- ensure that when user presses + makes new note

Right now, when user selects the notes bar the top of the note says "Title", we want to change that to say "New note title" when new
note is created. (when user selects: the "+" button.)
