Introduction
Monitoring projects to inform, give feedback, know what's going on, ensure everything is going well
Description
Monitoring sessions take place every 3 months starting in April. Each project will be given 10 min to present what they did before the session and what they are planning to do for the next 3 months.
3 min -> What did you do ? (focus on the main task)
3 min -> What will you do next ? (focus on the main task)
4 min -> Comments and Questions
Once the template is validated, a GitHub repo will be created to save these sessions.
