1. Upcoming Focal build image deprecation

   Your project is using the Focal build image which will be deprecated starting January 1, 2026.
   We recommend updating as soon as possible

2. Node version deprecation for serverless functions

   You’re using the build time Node.js version 16.x. The functions runtime for Node.js 16.x will be deprecated starting April 25, 2024. If you want to keep your build Node.js version in sync with the functions runtime, please update your build Node.js version.

Update Ubuntu version to Ubuntu Noble 24.04, which is the default for new projects.

Updated node version to the latest LTS (v22.19.0).
