Sitewide statistics

This issue serves to track all sitewide statistics which are planned at this time. Each item below will be its own feature issue.

Stats

The following stats will be tracked on a sitewide statistics page.

Player rating distribution
Current state of tournament submissions
Registered users over time
General statistics which includes:
- Total matches
- Total tournaments
- Average player accuracy
- Average player rating
- Average number of matches played per player
- Average number of tournaments played per player
- (Anything else we want)
Tournament count by year
Tournament count by ruleset
Most common tournament formats
