Implement bulk station selection

Copy the UI design from Google Photos to allow a range of contiguous stations to be selected (or add a global toggle to enable/disable this mode). When registering multiple stations, the modal should have multiple text fields and pressing the enter key should jump to the next. That way, a group can just scan n number of badges in quick succession and be assigned a range of seats.
