Major feature needed: automatic translation

How to resolve translation issues gracefully, without asking for new translations for everything every time something changes, allowing for manual editing of the translation results etc?

Main points/ideas

• Configuration for courses in settings.ini should indicate need for translations (languages listed)
• Only finnish PPTX should be updated manually. Auto-translated pages should be tagged as such. Translated ones could be fixed manually if necessary.

1. If no translated PPTX, create one
2. For every PPTX slideid:

• if no entry in SQLite, translate and add to translated PPTX AND add SQLite entry (Original PPTX slideId, hash of content, position in original, Translated PPTX slideId, position in translated)
• If entry in SQLIte and page#'s don't match: update SQLite and move translated slide to correct position
• If entry in SQLite AND Hash doesn't match: retranslate slide and update SQLite

Copilot seems to suggest that this could be done using Python and the OpenXML definition of pptx files.
