Is there a way to overwrite the async parameter with true while scraping google reviews without a fork?

Thank you for your request!

Could you please elaborate? Do you want to get a request ID and retrieve that data later (or get it via webhook)? Or are you having a connection timeout while fetching a large number of reviews?
