[Suggestion] Radial menu - improvements

1. In the image we can clearly see that if label is set to '' it will still take that space for text and if label is removed it will end up breaking radial menu.

2. A way to adjust starting rotation of items, for example I want this specific item as shown in picture to be right in the top middle position. Currently we can't do that, it will never be in the middle, unless I remove some radial items.
