Add File Metadata Table to BAM File Viewer

Add the file metadata table at the bottom of the BAM file stats viewer.

Ensure proper validation is implemented so only BAM file types show.

Please see mockups for UX details.

Expected Outcomes:

• File metadata table is displayed at the bottom of the BAM file stats viewer
• ONLY BAM files should show in this table

Great work! Only feedback, the File Selected table at the bottom should have the same styling as the File Repository cells. I.e. headers are bolded.
