Create Documentation Quick Summary

Create a short 2-3 page quick summary document (e.g. Google Doc) that @MitchellShiell can use to convert into proper, full-fledged Overture documentation.

This can be a short document with bullet points of steps/instructions and sample screenshots.

Scope:

• Administration & Configuration
  • Using the CLI utility to generate the stats JSON file
  • Configuring & storing the default BED files used by the CLI utility
• User Guide
  • How to view stats for an individual BAM file
  • How to search for specific BAM files using on file statistics filters
