Feature description
I would like to have a "DropShip" function right in the macOS Finder (and Windows File-Explorer) that enables me to instantly transfer a file, that is currently not saved on the OCIS server and hence not synced by the ownCloud Sync-Client, via a link - just like the "DropBox Transfer" works via the Context-Menu:

Proposed solution
-
Register a "quick action" to the macOS Finder (and Windows File-Explorer) to easily select a file or folder for transfer with the context-menu.
-
Save the file in a separate directory of the OCIS user account and make the "DropShips" (or "Transfers") available for editing thru an additional tab in the "Shared" section:

- Of course make the all transferred files count against the quota of the user account and prompt an error dialog, when the user would exceed his with the selected file transfer.

Additional context
This feature would enable us to completely get rid of other file transfer services like DropBox or WeeTransfer because we could our existing fast, compliant and secure infrastructure to easily transfer files that are not saved on the OCIS file-server.
PLUS: The current procedure for sharing a file that is already saved on the OCIS file-server could use the same interface integrated in the operating system, because at the moment, it is very inconvenient to select a file synced by the ownCloud Sync-Client in the macOS Finder for sharing via a link and then being handed over to the login page of the OCIS web-interface and need to finish the link generating thru the web-interface.
