[ENHANCEMENT] Show time + date of the last update of friends (android)

if the date of the last update is equal to today-date user will get only the time of such last update.
But if the last update happened any day before the today-date, user will get the date instead, but not the time.

I am asking for a way to show both time and date no matter what, as discussed here #1902

on iOS we show time next to friend if update was today, date otherwise, and in a friend's details the full timestamp (e.g. dd.mm.yy hh.mm.ss) is displayed.
