Linter only or includes formatting?

ESLint handles both linting and formatting effectively through its rules and plugins, making Prettier usage unnecessary for many setups (e.g. @antfu/eslint-config). Will Oxlint follow the same approach, or is formatting strictly managed by the futur formatter tool? Clarifying whether Oxlint is solely a linter or covers both aspects would be helpful.
