Add sled policy data to view page

We have the kind, provision_policy, and state on the sled inventory list view (#2333) . It would be very helpful to have this data replicated on the individual sled view as well. When changing the sled state I am often looking at the sled view page, and it would be nice to be able to verify the state change on that page instead of going back to the list page.
