OWF/OMP REST Documentation Hard to Find

The REST docs that ship with OWF and OMP (e.g., https://localhost:8443/owf/rest) are highly useful if working with lower level OWF API calls or the REST endpoints themselves. The existence and use of this documentation should be explicitly covered in the developer's guide and Git README files. It is one of the more useful developer tools.
