Limit for diffrent Usergroups

Hi.

Is it possible to set a limit for diffrent membergroups linke:

free member 1 new mail a day, silver member 5 mails a day, gold members unlimitet
free member 1 fotoalbum with max 10 fotos, silver member 5 albums with aprox 25 fotos, goldmember 10 albums and content over 18age
and so on...

i'm not a profi in webdesign and create some stuff like this, but i like to try for a little comunity, so they can use this platform
