Support upload to Nightscout (not just download from)

I've noticed that GDH has less delay than xdrip+ in getting Dexcom values read in (from the notification).

Would it be possible to add "upload to Nightscout" functionality to GDH? I could only find "download from Nightscout", that is "Nightscout as source".

Hi, I have already thought about, but have so many topics on my todo list and only a few time...

The MVP use case for me right now is transmission to watch - for showing on macOS status bar and Nightscout etc I can use Dexcom follow so it's ok :)

Yes, showing the value on different devices is the main focus of the app. That is the reason, I priorities such topics more.
In the meantime, you can use apps like xDrip or Juggluco for upload.
