`InteractionDescription` could be missing in some implementations

I'm not sure if it's the correct flow, but an easy way to check which contract and how it failed for me is to check in the Pact broker.
The issue is - sometimes InteractionDescription is missing, so one can't get which contract ( test ) failed specifically.
But here's what I noticed - it missed in "implementation": "Pact-Rust"
