Pactus daemon name

For now, we use the pactus-daemon name for our CLI and full node running at all and use pactus for our library.

I think that's better to use a shorter name, for example, Algorand use: algod
Ethereum use: geth

we can use a shorter name too!
like: pacnode for daemon in cmd
and pacgo for our library like geth in Ethereum.
