[FEATURE]: Open Config in GUI

Describe the problem you'd like to have solved

We can add an item in the File menu called "Open Config".
It should open the configuration file in a text editor, and we need to notify the user that any changes to the configuration require restarting the node.

Another solution is to display the configuration in a read-only tab within the GUI, along with some instructions on how to modify the configuration file.
