[BUG]: Buggy Total Balance and Stake with v1.10 rc2 #1966
Description
Install 1.10-rc2 and found out that both the Total Balance/Total Stake is buggy. As first their value are incorrect, second, the value will jump around randomly.
Plus what is the Encrypted is for? I open the wallet file, it doesnt seems to be encrypt with just plain-text.
